Classic late 1960s to mid 1970s era navy blue bootcut trousers from JCPenney, featuring a flat front construction with a single welt back pocket and wide flared leg opening typical of the disco era. Features a Talon zipper — a hallmark of American-made garments from this period — with a light blue poly lining at the waistband and machine wash warm care label (VDR 7963).
